Requested by a participant, this special workshop is programmed.

We will make the simmered dishes (nishime), namasu (pickled vegetables), kinton (sweetened sweet potato), kinpira (stir-fry vegetables), kobu maki kelp, black beans etc.
And also Ozoni (miso and soy sauce soup with mochi) and some kinds of mochi ; wrapped in nori seaweed, kinako (roasted soybean flour), and red beans.
Taught by Miyo sensei, 94 years old. She is happy to share her "savoir-faire" and long experience !

The number of participants is limited to 8 persons.
Participation fee is 5000 yen.
