What we’re about
With the recent reunification of our northern group SWiFT and her southern sister KRAFt, we have combined our resources to create this Meetup page, which serves the entire region, from Waukegan to Lake Geneva to Milwaukee.
This site is open to all who identify with the title atheist, agnostic, freethinker, humanist, secularist, or anyone who values human rights, democracy, and true separation of church and state. We stand for the rights of the secular citizen. We value science and welcome everyone into our community of patriots in the fight against Christian Nationalism, totalitarianism, and intolerance.
In addition to being an American Atheist Chapter and a member of the Southeast Wisconsin chapter of the Freedom From Religion Foundation, SWiFT is also an affiliate of the American Humanist Association.
From monthly business meetings and social gatherings to discussion groups and charity events, there is something here for everyone in our vibrant and growing secular community...
Any member can suggest a meetup, and if there is enough interest, it will be scheduled....Come Join the Fun!
