What would it mean to truly reimagine America?
Timed to coincide with Juneteenth and the 250th anniversary of July 4th, Reimagining America invites participants to reflect on the nation’s founding promises as well as the ongoing work of true liberty for all.
This gathering brings together leaders, activists, scholars, and community members of all ages for thoughtful conversations about the future of our shared civic life. Through panels on education, local government, reflective activism, and religious pluralism, participants will explore how we can strengthen institutions, deepen participation, and build a more just and inclusive society.
Grounded in honest reflection and creative possibility, the conference is a space to ask bold questions and imagine new paths forward.

Then on Sunday morning, we will have our regular local brunch meetup. Later Sunday, Atheists United will have an evening at Mt. Wilson Observatory with Nick Fish of American Atheists! So many things, and we hope you can join us!

Our monthly meetup is at the LBX Hangar. The Hangar has all kinds of food - coffee, beer, bagels and burgers; there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Cassidy's Corner Cafe, The Kroft, and Doner K, to name a few. It's open seating and we usually try and find a place outside the front entrance.

When you look for us at the LBX Hangar, just look for the sign and the tiny colander on our table. We look forward to seeing you!
