Lunch @ IKEA, planning session for 2025 Pride Parade Watch Party

I am hoping for about 6 volunteers to help with planning our pre-parade social time for the 2025 Las Vegas Pride Parade. I have again reserved a suite at Downtown Grand Hotel where we will gather before leaving together. We won't be marching this year but would like to watch it together as a group.
We need to figure out food & drinks for the suite, and other details.
Meet at IKEA cafeteria for lunch and bring your ideas.
RSVPs are not required, but appreciated, so I know who to expect.
This lunch is not open to 1st timers or guests other than a volunteer's partner.
