Mt. Wilson Observatory Private Telescope Viewing (members only)
Details
On Sunday November 1st, Atheists United invites you to a private, MEMBERS ONLY telescope viewing at Mount Wilson Observatory. ONLY 22 TICKETS AVAILABLE!
(Not a paid member yet? Join here to become one!)
Join us for an hour-long astronomer and docent-led tour of Mt. Wilson Observatory (home of some of the most important telescopes in the development of modern astronomy) followed by 5-hours of private viewing through the 60-inch telescope used by Hubble, Baade, and Sandage to unravel secrets of the cosmos.
Bring some snacks, a cozy blanket, and enjoy the complementary hot chocolate for this once in a life time experience.
This event also serves as a fundraiser for Atheists United. Ticket income will cover the cost of the Mt. Wilson, and fund our Secular Youth Group for 2027!
(Don't you wish every nonprofit hosted such unique fundraising experiences?)
