What we’re about
Feeling at Home in Neurodiversity is an inclusive meeting space where people of all neurodivergent identities can connect, learn, play, share, listen and offer mutual support every day of the week. Lived experiences of autism/Asperger's, ADHD, C-PTSD/PTSD, OCD, BPD, DID, NPD, bipolar, anxiety, depression, etc. are centered in the group and people of all neurotypes, identities and diagnosis (including self-diagnosis) are welcomed and accepted.
Peer-led discussion groups, movie nights, crafting club, games, gardening, meditation and a comfortable community chat server with text and video/voice communication. There is never a requirement to speak or share so it's always okay to come just to listen in. All NDC events and groups are free and there is no cost for membership but small donations for each group you attend keeps our meeting space open for all regardless of financial situation.
Together, we improve our lives and our relationships with self and others. We overcome some of the challenges associated with navigating life in a world that isn't designed for ND needs. The goal is simple... to feel at home in neurodiversity.
If you have questions, concerns or suggestions, feel free to contact a host or community volunteer anytime on Meetup, Zoom or Discord or by sending an email to athomeinnd@gmail.com
