This group is a welcoming space for women 30 and up who want to build genuine friendships while having fun. Whether you're an entrepreneur, career professional, creative, or still trying to figure it out, this community is meant for you.
Meetups will be introvert friendly with a variety of activities including bowling, walking, museums, brunch, board games, yoga, and more.

Join us at Vuori Avalon for a complimentary ACTV Studio IRL mat Pilates class led by JetSet Pilates. Whether you're a Pilates regular or trying it for the first time, this is a fun way to get moving while meeting other amazing women.

Join ATL Sista Social as we attend this beautiful outdoor Pilates experience surrounded by vineyard views. Whether you're a Pilates regular or just looking to try something new, this is a fun, low-pressure way to move your body and meet other amazing women.
Please note: This is not an ATL Sista Social hosted event. We are simply attending together as a group to make it more fun and social.
