Modern Kadampa Buddhism is a special, practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings suited for those seeking solutions to life’ everyday problems. With a combination of teaching, meditation and time for question and answer, this class reveals how to lay the foundation for the spiritual path, how to progress on that path and how to complete it.
Modern Buddhism preserves the meaning and intention of Buddha’s original teachings while presenting them in a clear and systematic way that anyone can easily understand and put into practice. With compassion and wisdom we can solve all our daily problems and give meaning to our life.
Everyone is welcome! Practitioners of all faiths will deepen their understanding and practice of the spiritual path.
