May Meeting! GUEST SPEAKER - Agile Transformation Deep Dive!

Based on the community’s request, we have invited Brent Stevens, Director of Agile Product Delivery supporting Cox Automotive – Media Solutions, to share his experiences on the Agile journey he is leading currently that encompasses approximately 250 practitioners.

This will be a DEEP DIVE conversation. Topics include:

• Transforming to Agile at Scale

• Improving organizational responsiveness

• Increasing the frequency of releases including managing interdependencies

• Implementing Change Management

• Moving the organization to a culture of ACTION

There will be a short presentation describing the effort. The rest of the meeting will consist of a discussion leveraging the Lean Coffee approach where the audience chooses the topics.
