This group is for anyone interested in Enterprise Portfolio, Program, and Project Management trends in the Atlanta Metro area. Daugherty created this community for Project Management Office (PMO) enthusiasts who are interested in learning how PMO's are transforming in an age of self-organizing agile teams, distributed multi-continent programs, and value delivery tracking. Come out and share with local area companies who are passionate about how PMOs continue to evolve. This is the place where you can share ideas, ask questions and network with your peers.
We meet the third Wednesday of every other month until April where it switches to the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
Our goal is to develop PMO leadership and stakeholder commitment, improve overall Portfolio, Portfolio and Project clarity, promote enterprise alignment on common missions, and raise awareness to new methods and frameworks supporting PMOs.
