🪶Saturday Breathwork Circle (Stone Mountain)

Breathwork is a powerful practice that involves consciously using your breath to experience an altered state of consciousness, release emotional blockages, and promote healing and self-awareness. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to breathwork, this circle offers a safe and supportive space for everyone.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• This is an experiential gathering of 9 members plus 2 ministers
• You'll be in a safe, supportive, nurturing and non-judgmental environment
• After a round of introductions and intention setting, we partake in sacrament and set up on individual yoga mats in the ceremony space.
• Your ministers guide everyone into relaxation with sound bowls and a meditation.
• The breathwork recordings begin. Two back-to-back (45 min each) with a restroom break in between.
• After the breathing portion ends, we serve fresh green smoothies and facilitate group sharing and integration.

WHAT TO BRING

• Comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation
• A favorite pillow and blanket to cozy up with (neutral colors if possible)
• A water bottle to stay hydrated
• An eye mask
• A journal for intention setting and integration
• An open heart and mind
• A friend or loved one if you would like to share the experience with them (they must register as well)
