As the Chief Recruiting Officer for Thompson, he is responsible for the recruiting and sourcing initiatives for the entire company- ensuring all delivery objectives are met. Ari is passionate about the daily grind of technical recruiting and takes a “hands-on approach” in day-to-day staffing operations with his team. He and his wife Donna have 7 children (including two 4-year-old twins), that keep them active and busy.
