Climate Survival Training: Drip Irrigation

Parking: ample and free

Continuing our ongoing education partnership with Unearthing Farm and Market, we will be returning for Expert Panel on Soil Lead Contamination and Soil Testing.

Join us for a hands-on workshop, where you’ll learn how to plan, install, and maintain an effective automated drip irrigation system that will save you both time and money on watering your plants this summer. Drip irrigation has been used for many years and can be simple, cost-effective, automated, and adapted to your space – ideal for home gardens, raised beds, or small farm plots.

This session will cover the fundamentals of efficient water delivery, help you reduce time spent hand-watering, and give you the knowledge to adopt a watering system that works for you. This workshop is led by Mike McCord of Community Foodscapes.

Date: Sunday, September 21st
Time: 3pm-4:30pm
Location: Unearthing Farm and Market, 1534 Memorial Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30317
