Ecstatic Dance is coming, and with it, a chance to move, to listen and to feel. This isn’t just dancing—it’s a living meditation, a form of self inquiry where every step and sway is an invitation to explore your relationship with the present moment! The music becomes your guide, the body becomes your map, and you discover landscapes within yourself that you didn’t know were waiting!
There are no right or wrong moves. Whether you move boldly or barely at all, whether your fitness level is peak or gentle, the dance meets you exactly where you are. This is a personal journey of self expression! We travel together with each dancer a mirror reminding us of our own freedom.
