“Authentic Language: The Art of Speaking Truth" with Tristan Cobine

Authentic Language is a perspective, a philosophy and a practice. It is a framework that reveals the words and phrases that are constantly in our collective use that I have come to believe are inherently at odds with both the deeper nature of reality itself, and our own highest desires and intentions for our existence.

In this participatory workshop, you'll be offered a new perspective on old patterns of speech patterns that I propose are inherently inauthentic, and the ways these hidden patterns are likely undermining your life experience and your relationship to yourself and others. Most importantly, you'll learn how to begin to replace inauthentic language with language of integrity, inherent truth, sovereignty and compassionate power.

Bio:
A Licensed Massage Therapist, Tristan is also certified in Deep Bodywork and Gestalt Process through the Holloman Institute. He studied these modalities extensively at the Esalen Institute in California, a teaching center known for hosting such luminaries and teachers as Alan Watts, Stanislov Grof, Gabor Mate, Charles Eisenstein, and many others. These practices, combined with a lifelong fascination with non-dual philosophies
such as Tibetan Buddhism and Taoism, along with Hindu cosmology,
Neuro-linguistic Programming and Non-Violent Communication, Amazonian shamanic medicines, and many other influences weave together to inform the Authentic Language material - the most distilled collection of all the lessons he has integrated thus far.
