The final gathering of the year and a spirited reset for the one ahead with Joshuah “Shu” Shumelda

Together we will explore what metaphysics really is: from the afterlife and why it matters to live well now, to the radical idea that heaven is not a distant place after death. It is a frequency we can embody here on Earth.

We will look at how our words manifest reality, how to speak in ways that are kind, helpful, and true, and how every trigger and every difficult person in your life can become a sacred mirror for your evolution. When you realize that life is not out to get you, life is out to grow you, every moment turns into a doorway to a higher vibration.

Expect teaching, reflection, and a powerful energetic “review and revival” for the new year—plus a special surprise: a first-time guest speaker making her public speaking debut.

BIO:
Joshuah “Shu” Shumelda has spent more than 30 years helping people heal and evolve on every level—physical, mental, and spiritual. A licensed massage therapist, longtime educator, and certified mental health guide in CBT, NLP, and neuropsychotherapy, he works with children, teens, and adults on challenges such as borderline patterns, eating struggles, self-harm, grief, anxiety, career crossroads, parenting, and relationships.

He is the author of 'Lifestyle Architecture: How to Build a Life of Purpose,
Freedom, and Sustainable Happiness' and the creator of 'Mindful M3', an early childhood social-emotional learning curriculum.

Shu also brings his work into corporate and workplace settings, supporting cultures that honor both wellbeing and productivity. Across every setting, his focus is the same: helping people raise their frequency and experience a little more “heaven on earth” in the present moment.
