Lance Howard is an author, life coach, recording artist who focuses on human identity, purpose, manifestation, and their correlation to leadership, team-development, and organizational culture.

THV is the name of his brand which stands for 'The Healing Voice'.
He is the Chief Servant & Founder of IAMUniversity.net.

Born and raised in TX, Lance used his interest and studies in music, psychology, philosophy, religion and spirituality, and ancient languages to create his brand and teachings.

He has published four books, 'Music Everywhere', 'The Identity Process', 'The Shadow of The Self', and 'Bible Redefined’. He has two music albums “Satisfaction” and “True Passion” as well as three singles, “THV”, “Around The Clock”, and “My Dove” which are available on Apple Music, Spotify and all major music streaming platforms.
