Barbara Roberts has taught Transcendental Meditation
here in Alaska for 30+ years, and holds the title of
Governor of the Age of Enlightenment —
an honor given to teachers who carry the advanced practice and train others in it. She speaks about transcendence
the way someone describes a place they visit daily,
rather than a theory they read about.

Barbara Roberts is a certified instructor of the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique and has taught thousands of people
of all ages and watched them grow in health and happiness.
Because of her deep passion for the arts and for development of consciousness, she has taken as many certification courses as possible. She wholeheartedly recommend the TM technique
