Welcome to Attraction for Women, a safe and thoughtful space for women to explore what truly draws us in.

Attraction in the long run is more than appearance. It’s emotional, intellectual, and deeply personal. As women, our experience of attraction is shaped by biology, past experiences, connection, values, trust, safety, desire, and how someone makes us feel, which may look different from other genders.
Each session explores themes such as (based on neuroscience and psychology):
✨ What we desire in others
✨ Attraction vs. attachment
✨ How past experiences may shape who we are drawn to subconsciously
✨ Tips and tricks to ground ourselves and map what to look for in future partners
✨ Cultivating awareness and connection in existing relationships

• You’re curious about your own attraction and attachment patterns
• You enjoy meaningful conversations about love, desire, and emotional well-being
• You’re reflecting on past relationships or preparing for healthier future ones
• You’re open-hearted, respectful, and eager to grow in self-awareness
• You’re ready to move beyond self-sabotage, confusion, or “icks”, and move toward a more grounded, conscious, and fulfilling experiences
What this group is not about:
This group focuses on 'attraction' in relationships. The discussions will be derived from published research-based frameworks or theories and diverse studies with a good number of references.
This group is not about another well-known topic of the Law of Attraction.

A 2-hour interactive webinar exploring Limerence, which is an intense form of romantic fixation that can feel like obsession through the lens of neuroscience and attachment theory.
In this session, we’ll look at how limerence can keep us repeating patterns that aren’t helpful, and explore and learn simple, research-backed tools to help you step out of the cycle and move forward more healthily.
### What You’ll Explore & Gain:
Limerence is often experienced as intrusive thoughts, emotional highs and lows, and a persistent feeling of being “stuck” on someone.
It involves the brain’s reward system and attachment patterns, which can make it feel difficult to let go.

- Common triggers that keep the cycle alive
- Practical strategies to cope and regain emotional control
