What we’re about
We have accumulated a brilliant bunch of like minded people who will make you feel most welcome. We meet socially for coffee while learning and sharing in an informal manner.
Our meeting starts with getting a coffee, then a discussion on the topic of the day made up of whole group and small group discussion so that we can all learn from each other. Afterwards there is often a group who walk across the street to another cafe for a snack.
There should be free on-street parking out the front of the cafe on Saturday but there should also be parking on Bowen Tce or Moray St :)

You can grab a coffee and a snack to eat if you like or just join in the conversation! You will easily be able to spot our group as the place is usually otherwise quiet on a Saturday :)

This week we will be talking about forgiveness, forgiving ourselves and learning to let go of the blame and shame cycle. This weeks host will be Cailyn - someone who is actively working on self-forgiveness and is interested to learn more as well as from others as it's such an invaluable tool.
