Attuned to Self: Reclaiming Yourself in Midlife

This group is for midlife women who sense that something inside them is shifting.

Many women reach midlife having built full lives — relationships, families, careers, and responsibilities. From the outside, life may look stable and capable.

Yet many quietly find themselves asking new questions:

- Who am I beyond the roles I fill?
- Why do I keep putting myself last?
- What do I need now?
- How do I reconnect with myself?

Attuned to Self is a space for exploring those questions — and for reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been lost beneath years of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

What We Explore

Our gatherings focus on topics many women encounter in midlife, including:

- attachment and relationship patterns
- burnout, over-functioning, and emotional labor
- emotional needs and self-trust
- identity, purpose, and life transitions
- developing a more secure relationship with yourself

These conversations draw on attachment theory, emotional needs work, nervous system awareness, and midlife identity development.

What to Expect

This is a calm, educational space for learning, reflection, and thoughtful conversation.

It is not therapy, crisis support, or a processing group.

If you're navigating a particularly difficult situation and aren't sure whether this group is the right fit, you're welcome to reach out. I'm happy to help you determine whether this would be a supportive next step.

You do not need a background in psychology or personal development to attend. Curiosity about yourself and your life is enough.

Participation is always optional.

You are welcome to share your experiences, ask questions, or simply listen and reflect.
