Body Positive Workout & Connection Circle!

Hi everyone! Join me for a low-moderate intensity body positive workout followed by a self love connection circle and activity! This is for anyone who is interested in getting some good movement in and wants to give some self care to their emotional body as well. Body positive movement is based on the foundation that all bodies are good, and can move however feels best for you, and you know you best! Feel free to listen to your body, take breaks if you need, etc.
This will be held in my large backyard. There will be some standing full body low impact movement (barre and Pilates based). We will open up with some flexibility, then do some arm, leg, and core work standing and on the mat.
Afterwards we will sit in our circle and have some prompts on self love and care to connect with each other, closing out our time with a short writing activity!
Please bring a yoga mat, a towel if you’d like, and clothes you feel comfortable moving in! Writing supplies will be provided. Please RSVP and donation for this event will be sliding scale $15-25, cash or Venmo @emw1991
