ATX Self Love Events

Join us for a rooftop gathering in downtown Austin celebrating self-love, body acceptance, and connection, hosted by Este!

We’ll explore prompts from Este’s original self-acceptance card deck, Fuck Shame, and share conversations about what it means to practice greater self-acceptance.

We will also have Lindsay from Rebellion Yoga leading us through a light breathwork practice! Enjoy refreshments, including champagne, wine, and a cheese plate, as we connect with others in a welcoming, inclusive space.
Whether you’re looking to build confidence, reflect on your relationship with yourself, or simply meet like-minded people in the Austin community, this gathering is for you!

Body-Inclusive, Beginner-Friendly Pilates
-Join us for a fun, body-inclusive, beginner-friendly Pilates class! This 45–50 minute class features a circuit of beginner-friendly, Pilates-inspired movements, with modifications and options to help you make each movement work for your body.
-Mats, towels, and equipment are provided. Just bring a water bottle and wear something comfortable!
Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, welcoming and celebrating all bodies, backgrounds, and fitness levels. We believe movement should be something you get to enjoy, not something you have to earn. Our goal is to create a space where you can move in a way that feels good for you, build confidence, and connect with others.
-Meet your instructor, Este Webster:
Este has been teaching movement classes and self-love workshops for several years and has collaborated with a variety of local organizations. A former sumo wrestler and current amateur armwrestling competitor, Este brings a passion for strength, body acceptance, and making fitness accessible to everyone.
When she’s not teaching, you can find her biking, playing board games, enjoying paddle sports and swimming, sharing meals with friends, or exploring new coffee spots.

Excited to see you there!
