Details
Kia Ora dear members!
The Auckland AWS Tools and Programming team invites you to our September meetup!
This month, we're excited to welcome another special guest, this time from Singapore! Donnie Prakaso, Principal Developer Advocate at AWS, will be running a workshop for us!
"So, I built an agent. What’s next?
Deploying Production-Ready AI Agents with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore"
Workshop Summary:
Learn to build, deploy, and operate AI agents at enterprise scale using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. This hands-on workshop covers the complete journey from agent creation to production deployment with built-in security, observability, and scalability. You'll work with the AgentCore Runtime, configure secure gateways, and implement monitoring - all using serverless architecture that scales automatically.
What You'll Build:
- Production-ready AI agent using AgentCore Starter Toolkit
- Secure API gateway for agent access
- Monitoring and observability
Prerequisites:

- Familiarity with Strands Agents framework
(You will benefit even by watching, so if you prefer not to participate actively, that’s perfectly fine).
