About the talk:
Join us for an interactive meetup focused on helping builders, architects, and operations teams get started with Amazon Connect—the cloud contact centre service from AWS.
In this session, we’ll explore the fundamentals of launching a modern cloud call centre, from provisioning your first instance to designing intelligent call flows and showcasing AI‑powered voice and chat experiences.
Whether you’re exploring contact centre modernisation or looking to unlock advanced capabilities like real‑time insights and AI‑assisted agents, this meetup will provide practical guidance, live demos, and real‑world examples to help you get started quickly and confidently.

We look forward to seeing you there!
