Crunch Position

A "crunch" position is when your home board has collapsed before you are able to bring your back checkers home. Crunch postions are extremely dangerous. Once your front position is gone you need to race your back checkers home asap.

A good rule of thumb is to double as soon as your opponent's front game has collapsed.
