Mid-Year BBQ - Stillwater

Details

Greeting All, We are once again going to Stillwater - for a Mid-Year BBQ, we will do a walk along the coastline. There are toilets, trees, shelter and grass.

Words to Inspire you:
A mid-winter BBQ at Stillwater Hall is a perfect way to enjoy the tranquil beauty of Stillwater while embracing the crisp, fresh air. Nestled near the Weiti River, this spot offers a peaceful escape from the city, with lush native bush and estuary views creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxed gathering.

Before firing up the BBQ, take a scenic walk to the Weiti River, following the gentle trails through mature trees and bird-filled wetlands. The river’s calm waters reflect the winter sky, and if the tide is right, you might spot wading birds searching for food along the shoreline.

Back at Stillwater Hall, the warmth of the BBQ and good company make the chilly air feel invigorating rather than cold. Enjoy a hearty meal, share stories, and soak in the peaceful, rural atmosphere, making this mid-winter outing a refreshing and memorable experience.
