Monday Funday Urban Walk - Dominion Road & Sandringham Road - EAT & CHAT & WALK

Let's Walk and Talk and Eat and Gentle Exercise together along two of my favourite Streets in Auckland- Dominion Road and Sandringham Road.

I have been bringing people together for outdoor activities including hiking, tramping, urban rambles and historical interest walking in Auckland for many years. I founded Feet First Hiking Meet Up Group in 2010 and have personally Organized over 800 Meetups all over Auckland and Beyond.

I'm currently helping Darren on Auckland Social Events with my knowledge and experience and passion for helping Aucklanders and Visitors here...learn something about our wonderful location.

Come along for a Monday Funday as we get close to 2026, new connections and friendships and adventures on Auckland Social Events.

There's plenty of Asian and European and Other Nations Food Places here today..And we will end up at the most popular destination for Anyone interested in Eating Indian Food on Sandringham Road , completing a loop walk here on Monday Funday with your host Stephen F who enjoys slower-paced walking and exploring, Eating and showing you the places he grew up here along Dominion and Sandringham Roads.

Lots of Restrooms and Toilets along the way we walk today.

Highly recommended today for anyone interested in knowing about the early history here of Auckland. We will also get off the Main Roads a few times, as I will show you some hidden parks and Reserves here in Balmoral and Mt Eden and nearby Sandringham.

We will also check out the Big Boy Art Installation at Pottters Park and the home of Auckland Rugby- Eden Park. ..known worldwide in the sporting community and a very popular destination for Tourists visiting Auckland for Instagram and Facebook pictures...plus we will be visiting the best places hidden and....my passion... learn about the things we see along the way like trees and plants and birds ...and chat with a few locals who live and work on Dominion Road and Sandringham Road...

There's something here for everyone's pleasure and socializing interests on Monday Funday.

This is an Adult Only Monday Funday . Please come prepared for adventures and shared experiences outdoors together as we Walk, Talk and Eat together here and get some gentle exercise and movement together.

Wear strong walking shoes or boots. Carry water and everything you need to keep yourself warm and happy and comfortable today either in a small backpack or none at all. You decide.

Meet and Greet is 11am. We will aim to finish by around 4pm ..
