About us
Our monthly active community events are created for Neurodivergent adults, particularly those with AuDHD, ADHD or ASC (autism) to connect with like-minded individuals. You don't need to be formally diagnosed - those self-diagnosed are warmly welcomed too!
Events are active and/or nature based and free to join, with a welcoming and informal approach, allowing you to show up exactly as you are with no masking required!
Meet-ups are held monthly on Sundays, in and around Hampshire and the South Downs. The group is set up by friends Melissa & Michael, both late diagnosed as AuDHD - looking to build a local community and safe space where we can all relax, connect and be ourselves!
