What we’re about
We are Black writers who desire to create an inspirational, safe space for other Black writers who wish to share their stories and spend quality time together. We welcome all types of writing—fiction, personal narratives, journalism, poetry, screenwriting, etc., and all types of writers, from absolute beginners to published veterans. There will be meetings that cater to all kinds of writing activities: free writes, sharing tools & strategies, critique sessions, gatherings for chilling and being badass writers together.
We envision our time together as a cultural and creative exchange among folks whose lived experience is that of beautiful, boundless Blackness.
