Come join us after work for food and training by the experts: Hospice Austin’s GIFT (Giving Instructions for Tomorrow) Project team has only a few more weeks to train Austin on advance directives, which is talking through and documenting what care we’d want and who speaks for us if we can’t.
As death doulas, we need to step up and complete our own advance directives, and we need to educate ourselves on the issues involved so that we can guide and support the people that we serve. We’ll cover:

• Medical Power of Attorney
• Living Will
• Out of Hospital DNR Order
• Q&A about advance care planning
