POSTPONED: Field Trip! APL Film Festival Documentary Shorts: Walk With Death
Details
WEATHER NOTICE! This event has been officially postponed by Austin Public Library. Mark your calendars for March 21 and please check the APL website to confirm in a few weeks, just in case.
How about a field trip? If you want a chance to see a few cool films and meet other doulas in person, then meet us at the Austin Public Library Spicewood Springs Branch this weekend!
APL Film Fest will be featuring a short documentary by local filmmaker called Walk With Death. The film is about a death doula in Austin's Indigenous community. It's free and open to all!
More details on the APL website here!
There's a whole day of free film screenings, but the short documentary segment will go from 4:30-5:45 pm. And did I mention it's FREE?
Want to connect? Come find me, Organizer Annie! I'm easy to spot because I'm over 6ft tall, I have a buzz cut, and I will be wearing my "Talking about death won't kill you" tee shirt for the vibe.
And did you know we are moving off of Meetup next month? If you want to stay involved with us, please sign up for email updates in the future: https://forms.gle/dhUqAotU4RtRZt5K8
