# Do you want to build a Helm Chart?
Paul Czarkowski will [attempt to] live deploy an application to Kubernetes from scratch and then will create a Helm chart for that app to demonstrate just how easy it can be to get started with Kubernetes.
Paul Czarkowski is a recovering Systems Administrator who has run infrastructure for longer than he cares to admit. After cutting his teeth in the ISP and Gaming industries Paul changed his focus to using (and contributing to) Open Source Software to improve the Operability of complex distributed systems such as Kubernetes and OpenStack. Oh, and he makes the best Queso in Texas.
# Hashicorp Vault in the Wild
After a great presentation from with Ali Hussain back in June (https://www.meetup.com/austin-devops/events/239030561/), the audience asked a number of implementation questions. Several people were working on their initial production implementations and were willing to share their trials, tribulations and strategies with the group. Erik Cummings and his team will go through their Vault implementation so we don't have to trip over all the snags in the swamp.
