➡️OUTDOOR HIIT WORKOUT! *the address above is the closest one I could find to our set up - Just know you will walk towards the water. Best parking is on Chicon St!* Join us for a 45 min HIIT workout! All levels are welcome 😊 This class focuses on strength and endurance but also on letting loose and enjoying the outdoors! You’ll meet some rad people too! Our perfect location has plenty of parking and overlooks lady bird lake! What you should bring:
✨Mat or towel (there will be some extra mats provided but it is first come first serve)
✨Water
✨Any weights you enjoy using(weights will be provided, but if you like using 20lbs & above please bring!)
