Prenatal Yin + Sound gently engages connective tissues with the aim of increasing blood flow to improve movement and flexibility.
The healing vibrations of sound bowls help the body and mind melt into a restful and restorative state.

All classes + services include hands on assists and adjustments and conclude with a refreshing eucalyptus towel.
Class sizes never exceed three (3) students, giving you individualized attention to enhance your restorative experience at the Sanctuary.Private One-On-One Sessions are available by appointment.
