Singing In The Rain at Zilker Hillside TheaterOne of the greatest movie musicals ever made, Singin' in the Rain dazzles with iconic songs, spectacular dancing, and the unforgettable title number performed in a real onstage rainstorm. Filled with comedy, romance, and timeless Hollywood classics.

Optional Pre-Show Swim - You are invited to meet us earlier at 5PM for a refreshing swim at Barton Springs Pool ($5 admission fee). It's the perfect thing to do before the show!
IMPORTANT: For swimming, meet us first on the Zilker Theater Hilltop to drop off your blanket, etc. at 5PM. To find us, look for the PINK FLAG. (See photo for example). Then we'll head to the nearby Barton Springs entrance to swim.

Singin’ in the Rain has all the makings of a Tinseltown tabloid headline – including a love affair that could change lives and make or break careers! In silent movies, main characters Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont are a hot item but, behind the scenes, things aren’t always as they appear on the big screen! Meanwhile, Lina’s squeaky voice might be the end of her career in “talking pictures” without the help of a talented young actress to do the talking and singing for her.
