After I spent 5 weeks in Italy and took 3 Italian cooking classes (one in Tuscany, one in the Amalfi Coast, and one in Sicily) in order to perfect my cooking skills, I am offering a seafood cooking class that you can share with your family, friends and on a date night!

I will teach you how to prepare Italian dishes from scratch,
and I will give you recipes that you cannot find in any cookbook.
My recipes come from Italian cuisine tradition from my great-grandma,
to my grandma, to my Mom, to me.
My recipes are from Sicily, where I am from, and from Tuscany,
where my Dad is from.
In my cooking class, for each recipe, I invite hands-on volunteers.
