Diving Deeper - CLOSED group for OM practitionersCANCELLED

This is a group for those who want to go deeper with their OM practice and to learn from the collective experience of long-time practitioners. We have a brief check-in about what's coming up in our practices and then discuss a topic we want to dive deeper into concerning our OM practice, followed by two practice OMs that look at the topic we discussed. We circle up at the end and share what we experienced in the practice OMs.

Please bring your own nest materials. It is not necessary to set up partners beforehand. Asking for an OM is an important part of the practice and at "Diving Deeper" classes we practice holding the sensation of asking for an OM face to face and being with the response, as well as, practicing many other aspects of this unique and amazing practice.

We look at and explore different OM tools and concepts and how they apply to our practice and our lives.

This location is determined for each class. Please contact the organizer, if you are formally trained and would like to attend.

In general, this group is held on a Tuesday evening, this, however, is subject to change for each class depending on the desires and needs of each teacher's or holder's schedule. It will be updated in the calendar accordingly as we get closer to the event.

---We use a Whatsapp thread that's exclusive to formally trained OM practitioners within our community to stay connected, discuss OM related topics, and post the details of our events. The meetup is for community outreach purposes and those who are curious to learn more about the practice.
