Relating Arts: Practice Being Human Together
What happens when we slow down, get curious, and bring more awareness to the space between us?
Relating Arts is a community for practicing authentic connection, presence, and self-awareness in relationship with others. We explore simple practices inspired by Authentic Relating, IFS-informed awareness, Nonviolent Communication, Circling, and other relational practices.
Our gatherings are an opportunity to notice what's happening inside us and between us, practice honest expression and deep listening, and discover what becomes possible when we meet each other with curiosity rather than judgment.
This is not therapy or coaching. It's a space to practice being human together, build relational awareness, and experience connection in community.

Quick overview after the cacao ceremony:
This is a social meditation which is different from regular conversation. It is a brave space to explore new edges with curiosity, honesty, and support. We’ll close the evening with a restorative sound bath and, if timing allows, a contemplative fire meditation under the evening sky.
✨ What People Often Experience
• A greater sense of calm and grounding after a busy or overstimulating week
• More clarity about emotions, relationships, and life circumstances
• Relief from feeling disconnected, unseen, or stuck in overthinking
• Practice being authentic without pressure to perform, fix, or impress
• A deeper connection to Self and others🌀 About Relational Presence Practice (T-group)
Most conversations run on autopilot. We tell stories, give advice, and stay in familiar patterns.
This practice invites us to slow down and shift our attention to the present moment. Rather than analyzing experiences, we explore what we are noticing, feeling, sensing, and imagining right now.
As we become more aware of our inner experience and our impact on others, new insights often emerge naturally.
This is not therapy. It is a structured awareness practice facilitated by a trained guide and supported by the group.
Many people find this practice especially helpful if they struggle with anxiety, overthinking, people pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others.
✨ Awkward at first. Then freeing. Then something you’ll want more of.
🎵 Why a Sound Bath?
T-group helps bring awareness and clarity.
The sound bath supports integration.
Through sustained tones and vibration, the nervous system is invited into deeper states of rest and regulation. Many participants report feeling calmer, more settled, and sleeping better afterward.
Together, these practices support growth that is embodied, grounded, and sustainable.
