Wednesday Evening Walk along SoCo

Let's meet in the parking lot between The UPS Store and Goodwill at the southeast corner of Oltorf and S. Congress (across from the new HEB).

We will begin our walk through Travis Heights before it gets dark then navigate over to SoCo at dusk. For this reason, please consider bringing along a flashlight or headlamp.

We will cover about 3 1/2 to 4 miles in an hour and a half, walking at a steady pace with a few short breaks. The walk through the western part of Travis Heights is fairly easy and flat along sidewalks. As we walk along South Congress Avenue towards downtown and back the route will be easy to medium difficulty with a gradual climb.

** As a suggestion, please consider wearing tennis shoes, and bringing along water.**
