Come celebrate with us the shifting of the seasons with an evening filled with playfulness and connection.

The Spring Equinox (known traditionally as Ostara) marks the turning of the Wheel of the Year moving us away from the cooler, darker seasons of Fall and Winter into the warmer, lighter seasons of Spring and Summer. Spring itself marks the completion of the life, death, birth cycle. During this time, the days lengthen, the Sun intensifies and everything comes to life! New life bursts forth as trees prepare to bud, flowers and grasses bloom, baby animals are born and everything begins to turn toward the strengthening Sun.

The energy of Ostara is about rebirth and renewal, balance, fertility, nurturing life and growth. It reminds us to resurrect our inner light and hope from out of the darkness of Winter. Join us in a community ritual during this powerful time to honor the Earth's balance, bounty and light, and to honor our own balance, bounty and light as well.

Schedule
The schedule in our new home is still being developed. Here is the current draft of the program:
~ 7:30 pm: Doors open
~ 7:30 to 8:00 pm: Social time for community gathering
~ 8:00 to 8:15 pm: Call Directions; Set the circle with drum and rattles
~ 8:15 to 8:45 pm: Spring Equinox Ceremony
~ 8:45 to 9:30 pm: Hand Drum Circle and Dance Circle
~ 9:30 to 10:00 pm: Open the circle and farewell

Note on Parking: Parking space is limited, so please carpool if possible!
