2025 Spring Outdoor Day Gathering

On Sunday, May 4th, the Shamanic Community of Austin will be gathering at 10 am at Muleshoe Bend Park for an outdoor get-together! We will begin by meeting down near the lake to set up canopies, chairs, and tables, and eat a light lunch. Then we start our short hike for meditations in the woods and to Chief's Labyrinth for caretaking and a ceremony. We will then return to the lake for a potluck, teachings, drumming, and ceremony. We will conclude at around 7 pm.

Bring a potluck dish to share, drums, chairs, water bottle, etc. and dress according to weather conditions.

The park has a $5 per person entry fee and SCA welcomes any additional donations.

General Rules and Information:
• Please RSVP with integrity. Planning for a specific headcount is important.
• This is outdoors... so plan what you bring accordingly.
• This is a family-friendly event; children are VERY welcome!
• This is a no-pets event... sorry.
• This is an alcohol/drug-free event. Please respect the sacredness of Circle and other attendees. SCA does not use or promote the uses of Shamanic Teacher Plants to enhance the journey experience. Please understand and respect our policy.
• This is a fun and safe event for everyone. Please familiarize yourself with the community Code of Conduct.
