The world we walk in and perceive is most times only a reflection or a shadow of the truth, and can be distorted to a point that we feel off-balance or ill. This month, our intention will be focused on how to recognize, acknowledge, and accept that "truth" is only defined by our interpretation of blurry reflections or the shape of shadows, and since everyone sees things from a different perspective, everyone's truth is different.

Journey through the sounds of flute, song, and drum with Nate Long “Owl” for an afternoon of healing and meditation.
