Exploration Journey Circle - Pathways

Details
Pathways - rattling, singing, dancing, listening
There are many ways to connect to Spirit. When all of the individuals of a circle are able to connect deeply in a way that feels most powerful to them, the synergetic effect is unmistakable. Please join Jason Traweek in this participatory journey exploration of voice, rattles, and movement. This circle is an open invitation for you to visit any or all of these pathways in a safe, supported space.
Feel free to bring your favorite rattle or sacred sound-making objects, but please leave the drums at home.
Doors open ~ 7:30pm
Ceremony begins ~ 7:45pm
Doors close ~ 7:50pm
Circle ends ~ 9:15pm
Requested contribution is $15 ($10 - $15 sliding scale).
(Please pay at door or you may pay via PayPal (http://www.shamanicpassages.com/secure/MeetupPayments.htm) - please include the name of who is attending, the date and title of the event.)
This Circle is for anyone interested in shamanic practice. Shamanism is not a religion or a dogma. It is not dependent on any particular organizational structure or belief system but is a practical world view based on an ancient understanding of the relationships between humans and nature or Spirit. The shamanic perspective on life and living is extremely relevant to the challenges and concerns of our modern world and ordinary life experiences and is compatible with all religious and spiritual beliefs.

Please RSVP to ensure your place in this very popular event!
If you are placed on the waitlist: If someone does change their RSVP, the Meetup system will add you in the order in which you joined the event. You will get an email about that. PLEASE monitor your email, especially that afternoon, as that is when many people find that they cannot attend after all. Be sure to check your spam filter, too!
New to the Circle or the Shamanic Journey?
One of our more experienced members will be glad to visit with you. Another great resource is the $2.99 Kindle book, The Shamanic Journey: A Beginner’s Guide to Journeying (https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00FYY3PGS/gerstashaprat-20).
What to bring with you?
In addition to curiosity and willingness to explore something new, bring a journal or notebook with you to record your journey and insights that you receive. If you have a hand drum, feel free to bring it, but it is not necessary.
If you are new to the group or new to the shamanic journey, you will find these articles on the Meetup Message Board to be very useful prior to attending:
