The Austin Sports and Social Club is our city's go to destination for after work fun for over 25,000 young adults each year. We offer 14 different co-ed sports year round, ranging from core activities like volleyball & soccer, to playground ones like kickball & dodgeball. Players don't have to be athletes to play; just social! No team? No problem. We have space for individuals, as well as those with a full squad.

The Austin SSC creates year-round opportunities for individuals to play a variety of team sports in a social atmosphere that continues into happy hours and lasts long after the games are over. SSC Winter Snow Ski & Board Trip: January 23rd-27th in Breckenridge, Colorado with players in Dallas/Fort Worth & San Antonio. SportFIT - FREE Group Fitness Workout

Interested in trying out the Austin SSC outdoor group fitness program, SportFIT, for FREE? Send an email to [masked] for more info. Based on the philosophy that workouts should be a fun and regular part of your routine, we strive to bring the most variability and inventiveness to each workout. Sport-specific training is incorporated into our classes to get you ready for any SSC season. Workouts are one hour in length and include a warm up, strength/cardio workout, and stretching cool down. To ensure that no two workouts are the same, we use a wide variety of equipment like medicine balls, speed/agility ladders, harnesses, and resistance bands. Learn more at www.AustinSSC.com/sportfit!
