About us
Austin Young Professionals Social Club is for ambitious, social people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who want to build a fun, active social life while meeting other great people around Austin.
Work is important - but so is actually enjoying your life outside the office. This group is all about getting out, trying new things, making connections, and having a blast with other young professionals in the city.
We’ll organize everything from happy hours, networking socials, rooftop parties, brunches, themed events, live music outings, outdoor adventures, social sports, game nights, and whatever else sounds fun around Austin. Whether you’re looking to expand your social circle, meet new friends, network naturally, or just break up the work routine a bit, you’ll fit right in here.
And if you ever have an event idea - big or small - let us know! We’d love as many members involved in creating fun events and helping keep the group active as possible.

Skip the Small Talk: Make Friends, Not Small Talk

What's It Like?
Do you wish you could have more of the kinds of conversations you have late at night where for some reason, you feel safe talking about the things you actually care about?
Bring your friends (or come by yourself- most people do!) and spend your Wednesday night at an event where you know everyone else is there for the same reason.
We'll be offering 'big talk' conversational prompts on them to get you started, and we'll have lots of structure to make sure that you actually talk to people and that it's not awkward.
There will be drinks available for sale!
Check-in for this event will begin around 6:45 pm. Please do your best to arrive before 7:00 pm so we can begin as close to on time as possible.
