Join us for an engaging evening at the Australian Behavioural Science Meetup as we delve into the intersection of finance and behavioural science. Following our past successful events like "Stop, stop! It's already dead. Behavioural science in 2024" and "Case Study: Cutting through confusion, the science behind better comprehension," this event promises to discuss another core behavioural science topic: financial nudges!

We will discuss the latest research on the acceptability of (financial) nudges, what makes a financial nudge acceptable and whether nudges need to be liked to be effective.

This talk is given by AU MeetUp's own Merle van den Akker - who in her day to day life is a product manager applying behavioural science to support Australians' financial decision-making, and teaches BeSci at UTS and PayTech at UNSW!
