Authentic movement is a mindful movement exploration between a mover and a witness. The mover moves with eyes closed and moves from inner impulses, sensations, emotions, and thoughts in the presence of a witness. The witness creates a safe space for the mover and gives feedback to the mover concerning any impulses emotions or thoughts they may have had during the movement. Authentic movement is an intimate way to further explore and step into self awareness.
