Being heard, understood, and felt is a longing most of us have. Yet, revealing the most vulnerable parts of ourselves can feel scary, and speaking our truth without blaming, withdrawing, or over‑explaining can be challenging.

This workshop is about becoming more aware of what is happening inside when we engage with others, finding the courage to speak from that place of ‘truth’, and developing the communication skills that deepens connection.

Through playful, insightful and connecting exercises, we will experiment with how it feels to bring more aliveness and honesty into relationships, and:

  • Reveal more of ourselves
  • Take radical ownership of our experience
  • Reflect on the meaning we make of words
  • Speak in ways that brings closeness
  • Check how we impact each other

The workshop is mostly experiential. You can expect a mix of structured activities in pairs or small groups (50%), facilitated reflection time (30%) and teachings (20%). It tends to attract around 20 participants.

After the workshop you will be emailed session notes (a summary of teachings, prompts for self reflection, suggestions for integration in daily life etc.)
