A 6-Session Relational Meditation Container (Spring 2026)

What happens when we slow down and meet one another in real time?
This offering is a six-session relational exploration devoted to the practice of presence in connection.
Together we will practice bringing compassionate awareness to what is unfolding:
• within ourselves
• with one another
• and in the space between us
Relational Presence is the practice of noticing our sensations, emotions, assumptions, and longings as they arise, and revealing them with care.
Inspired by Circling and other relational meditation traditions, this practice emphasizes present-moment awareness in relationship.
Instead of trying to fix, perform, defend, or withdraw, we experiment with remaining present with what is real.

Why a Closed Container?

This group is designed as a committed relational space.
The same participants will gather across all six sessions. This continuity allows:

• Trust to develop naturally
• Familiarity to deepen honesty
• The group field to support real depth

Because of this, participants are asked to commit to attending all six sessions.
No prior experience is required.

What Each Session Includes:

Each evening will include a gentle structure:
• Opening meditation & shared agreements
• Orientation to relational principles
• Guided relational presence practice
• Integration and closing reflection

Practices may include elements of:
• Authentic Relating
• Circling
• mindful relational awareness
• compassionate inquiry

To support intimacy and depth, the group size will be limited.

$60 total
